Genuinely lovely lady, we talked through many options for my necklace (she has the patience of a saint the amount I waffled on! ) and I was super chuffed when it arrived! I’ve had lots of compliments on it, and can’t recommend enough! Bought my niece a gorgeous name necklace for crimbo and she loves hers to!! :) And an absolute total bargain, classy without having to sell a kidney!! :) xx
